1. Registration and Passwords

Registration is not required to browse the FremantleMedia Sites. However, certain features offered on the FremantleMedia Sites may require you to register or submit certain personal information, such as your name, mailing and e-mail addresses, and billing information. When you register with a FremantleMedia Site you represent that you are at least 12 years of age and have the authority to register with such site.
When you register we may assign you a login ID and request that you choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password. Without limitation we shall be entitled to edit such submissions as we see fit, and shall have no obligation to use material submitted.

You are solely and fully responsible for the content of any of your Submissions to the FremantleMedia Sites. Your Submissions must strictly conform to the following guidelines:


a. Your Submissions to the FremantleMedia Sites must originate with you and be accurate and current. Your Submissions may not infringe any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights. When you make a Submission, you acknowledge that you have all necessary rights, including copyright in the material contained in your Submission.

b. Your Submissions must not be fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, offensively directed towards people based on their gender, sexual orientation or otherwise discriminatory or be otherwise objectionable. If there is any question as to what constitutes objectionable material under these Terms of Use, FremantleMedia is the final arbiter of what does or does not constitute objectionable material.

c. Your Submissions must not be harmful to minors in any way.

d. Your Submissions must not be intended to advertise or solicit funds.

e. Your Submissions must not use the FremantleMedia Sites to advocate or offer instructions as to illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws.

f. You may not make Submissions if you are under the age of 13 unless under the supervision of a responsible adult.

g. Your Submissions must not be in violation of the guidelines set forth in these Terms of Use. Any such actions shall be a material breach of these Terms of Use. The FremantleMedia Sites will remove any Submissions that violate any provision of these Terms of Use and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any violator or violators. In addition, we may terminate the right to access the FremantleMedia Sites by any user who violates these Terms of Use immediately and without prior notice.

You further agree that you will not circumvent our security features, corrupt any content or files on or obtained from the FremantleMedia Sites, interfere with or in anyway disrupt our service or servers, or networks connected to our service or servers, or otherwise violate any applicable law regulations or these Terms of Use.

3. Downloading Material from the FremantleMedia Sites

You are permitted to download only those materials specifically made available by us to download for your personal use. Any material made available for downloading by the FremantleMedia Sites may not be used for commercial or any other purpose other than your personal use and may not be copied or duplicated in any way without first obtaining our permission. Please do not remove any notices or credits on the downloaded materials or delete, add, or otherwise modify the content of any such downloaded materials.

4. Ownership of Materials on the FremantleMedia Sites

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FREEMANTLEMEDIA SITES WILL BE PROVIDED ON AN UNINTERRUPTED BASIS OR THAT YOUR ACCESS WILL BE ERROR FREE OR THAT THE FREMANTLE MEDIA SITES DO NOT CONTAIN VIRUSES OR DEFECTS WHICH MAY DAMAGE YOUR COMPUTER OR NETWORK. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE YOUR OWN PRECAUTIONS CONCERNING VIRUS CHECKING AND THE SECURITY OF YOUR COMPUTER IN ACCESSING THE FREMANTLE MEDIA SITES. 7. Infringement and Regulatory Complaints

9. Infringement and Regulatory Complaints

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the FremantleMedia Sites.
If any part or portions of these Terms of Use shall be declared invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the manner in which they were written.
If any dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms of Use, the dispute will be governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia . These Terms of Use set forth the entire agreement regarding all of the matters contained herein and should supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings.
