Had the best week, I've just been concentrating on this week's performance.
I've been practising all day, every day, it’s been awesome. I’ve never done big band before so being at the workshop was really amazing.
Harry Connick Jr. was the bomb; he’s a really nice guy. Wicked accent - I loved it. He’s just a really down to earth guy because even off camera he was just talking to us and hanging out.
This morning we had a smoothie that was yoghurt, berries, apple juice, banana and some ice. Yoghurt makes it thick and keeps it all together.
Do you want to know about my body? This week I’ve lost 4kg, I think. I was 92kg and I hit 88kg this morning. I’m beautiful; it says that on my neck. Just look at me. My body’s beautiful – Kate wants my body every day. She’s actually in my room at 4 o’clock in the morning and she stares at me for about an hour and a half before I wake up. Kate breathes on my forehead and whispers “My darling angel, fly to me.” Ha ha! Kate’s the bomb. Kate and me, we go way back. I love Kate. We played hide and go seek and we trashed Kate’s room.
The other night we were all dancing in the lounge room and doing flips and stuff, and Scotty tried to do a flip and he did this round off spin thing and whacked into the TV cabinet. He whacked his head and it was just so funny, we were cracking up. There are rumours that Scotty picks his nose and eats it but Scotty’s the man.
What else? I want to bring some dirt out on everybody. Kim’s a sore loser; she couldn’t find us in hide and go seek. Kimmy, she’s so cute, man, she couldn’t find us and was saying ‘Where are you guys? C’mon Stan, you’ve got to laugh some time.’ Later she was hiding in the sink cupboard and we couldn’t find her.
Me and James had a play fight. He lost. He went all psycho on me but I just put the smack down on him. Who else? Toby. Toby is a crack up dancer. He was fully doing the pelvic thrust in the kitchen last night. Toby has broken out of the box, he is just out there. He’s an amazing dancer.
Who else? Nathan. Nathan’s a cheese freak. Hayley? She’s a crack up.
I want to send my prayers and love over to people of Samoa, Indonesia and Vanuatu, who have all had earthquakes. If people could just help out because there’s a lot of need over there already - just help and support and pray for the islands that have been affected by the earthquakes.
Shout out to Tim. I love Tim, he’s my boy. I miss him. Tim’s the man and he’s got the most beautiful heart ever. He’s probably the most thoughtful guy I’ve ever met. We all love Tim and miss him.
