Just listening to the waves – it didn’t take me long actually, about five minutes and I was calm. I just needed to calm and slow everything down.

I’m excited to see what happens to this week’s performance. It’s going to be different – a more uplifting me. I’m a little bit introspective at the moment, I just feel like sleeping a lot.

We went on Harley-Davidsons last week and that was pretty cool. That was mad. I had to ask Emmanuel that I was actually going to get on a bike, not a trike. I really wanted to be on one of the bikes because last time I was on a bike I fell off and smashed my face, so I wanted to get over it! And I did, so it was cool.

I’m a bit nervous. I’m going to do my workshop now with Erana. I don’t want to keep waiting till the weekend to get the real feel of it; I just want to focus on how it’s going to turn out. I have a vision but my vision feels outlandish, so I don’t know if I’m going to pull it off, but we’ll see. I think I need some downtime, though; I haven’t had much downtime today.

I miss my family. Gabriel, you are absolutely adorable on the video, oh my God, Cleo and Carlo, that was hilarious. It was really cute. Keep ’em coming because when I have a bad day I watch those and it works magic.

Big, big kisses to all my supporters and all my fans - big kisses and hugs your way. We’re in this together – I’m here because of you and we’re supporting each other, really. Even though I don’t get to touch you and hold you guys, I feel very connected to you and I don’t feel alone. I feel like we are a team and every week I come through, I just think, jeez, thank God they’re really liking what I’m offering. I am offering you my heart and soul, I’m not holding back, regardless of what I’m being told to do because I’m here for you. So thank you with all my heart.

I’m reading all of your emails, I am receiving all of them, it’s very hard to get the time to write back but I am receiving them and they’re working their magic. You just need to know that, so this is my way of messaging back.

To Ruth in the tennis courts: I received your letter and it brought me to tears, it’s so humbling to hear what you had to say and thank you so much, you’re incredible with your words and I love you, gorgeous. I’ve been meaning to write back, I just haven’t had the time but you’ve always been on my mind, I haven’t forgotten you, not a day. So thank you very much.

And to Simone, you’re a wonderful girl and thank you for being honest with me and open and I’ll continue to help you in any way I can.

To Belinda and Cher, you’re it. You are it. You’re absolutely incredible, both of you. Keep it coming, keep the laughs coming and we’ll help each other out any way we can.

And to all those people that wonder what it’s like being in this process, it’s incredible. And to those who wonder what the other contestants are like, they’re loving, they’re open, they’re warm, they’re funny, they’re inviting.
