Hi, my name is chris purches and I have been looking at auditioning for Australian Idol and I would just like to know if Australian Idol will actually be televised here in 2010.

If i really want it? Of couarse i really want the Idol experience doesn't anyone? If you have what it takes then why not persue the Idol dream and the Idol experience??? I may be to old when the next Idol auditions are on, thats if there is none this year, and believe me if i can do it and audition for Idol i will, If i need to persist in other avenues, I will do that too! But i dont aprieciate being told that, Basicly, Don't bother love try else where!! Well thats how i enterpreted your little message anyways, i know these things can get missinterpreted, im not having ago!! I dont like people telling me i cant do something when i know i can!!

The reason why ratings may have dropped is perhaps because people don't fully appreciate singing? When I was living with my parents and told them that I wanted to sing, they told me not to be silly as singing has no career and anyone can do it. If everyone somehow had the chance to be fully immersed into the real world of singing, they'd come to appreciate it's quality and attributes and eventually appreciate Australian Idol for it's real value.
